SonyEricsson Unlock ways by Volcano is given bellow

1. Open Volcano Then click on Xperia tab

2. Make sure there is no sim card in ur phone

3. Make sure memory card is insert

4. Make sure ur phone have android version 2.1 or above

5. Make sure phone is not rooted

6. Make sure phone have no custom rom

7. Make sure net is connected & firewall is turned off

8. Make sure usb debugging mode is enabled

9. Turn off ur anti-virous

10. Click on get info

11. Press & hold back button

12. Insert usb cable while holding back button from phone[Make sure
phone driver install]

13. If everything ok u will get info about ur phone

14. Now click on unlock

15. While software ask u remove, complite power on ur phone, connect usb cable to phone[[Make sure use debugging is enabled]

16. Wait untill software operation is finished
